Floating On Green: Citra
Style: Oat Cream IPA

Floating On Green is a series which takes the techniques from our iconic Dripping In Green series and applies them to our Oat Cream IPA style. We push the boundaries of modern hopping techniques by adding in every form of a hop variety we can get our hands on. For this iteration we undoubtedly had to explore Citra in all its glory.

Floating On Green: Citra is an Oat Cream IPA which we have packed with four different types of Citra product. We use Citra in every stage of the brewing process to give a super saturating and luscious hop experience. We are absolutely in love with this beer (and this hop). The aroma is bursting with fleshy and vibrant notes of orange, with a hint of zesty lime. On the palate this beer is divine. Creamy orange sherbet, with hits of lychee, melon and succulent passionfruit. The mouthfeel will make you melt like butter, with an ultra low but somehow present bitterness. We're floating - and you can too.

You Already Know
Style: IPA
You Already Know is a brand new hazy IPA loaded up with a bangin’ lineup of Citra, Cashmere & Motueka. It pours a sunset-gold haze, with a creamy tight foam. On the nose is complex layers of ripe mango, citrus peel, and ruby red grapefruit followed by softer notes of coconut and lime, with just a tiny touch of pine. it’s a juicy tidal wave of tropical fruit with pineapple, mango, and mandarin bursting through balanced by bright citrus zest, slightly creamy texture along with hints of melon and coconut. The finish is plush, clean and ultra-moorish. You already know you need 4 of these.

Good Luck Charm
Style: DDH IPA
Good Luck Charm is a brand new DDH IPA that we have brewed to be a real showcase of CIP-076 that we’ve rounded out with a hit of Citra and Rakau for good measure. This is a super unique drop, with two parts CIP-076 (T-90 & Amplifire Oil) to really see what it does and we’re stoked with the results. Upfront we're copping some seriously punchy ripe nectarine & apricot notes on the nose, with even a little hint of resin coming through. The CIP-076’s signature character follows bringing saturating tropical character. On the palate, it’s plush and full-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Rakau’s stone fruit character rounds the mid-palate, while CIP-076 drives a juicy crescendo of mango nectar, citrus cordial and pulpy pineapple. There’s an intriguing edge too, hints of guava and a soft herbal lift that keeps it from feeling one-dimensional.
